遙距控制冷氣/地暖系統
Smart Fan Coil  Thermostat能完美融入家中的風機盤管系統，對傳統的單機冷氣進行升級；每部冷氣需配置一個溫控器，同時適用於水冷或風冷的冷氣。用戶可透過[LifeSmart APP](iOS/Android)便可輕鬆遙距控制冷氣，更可輕鬆整合控制家中/公司不同位置的冷氣，打造一個舒適的環境。Smart Fan Coil  Thermostat更具備智能調溫的功能，內置的溫度感應器可通過對比室內溫度及設定溫度，而對冷氣系統的風機盤管、電動球閥或風閥進行控制，以調節室內溫度及改善室內空氣。而Smart Underfloor Thermostat則可配合家中的地暖系統進行即時操控，在回家前先打開地暖系統，在寒冬中為你保持地面的暖意；外出時亦可透過手機即時關上地暖，以節省電力。

定時開關 節省電力
Smart Fan Coil  Thermostat及Smart Underfloor Thermostat均具備時間排程功能，可設定在半夜時關上冷氣以免著涼及節省電力；亦可在寶寶或寵物活動時間打開地暖系統，時刻守護你的家人及寵物。Smart Underfloor Thermostat更具有時段編程設定，用戶可按需要設定地暖系統在不同時段下為不同的溫度，迎合你各種需要。

AI聯動及場境模式
Smart Fan Coil Thermostat及Smart Underfloor Thermostat均可透過手機[LifeSmart APP](iOS/Android)對冷氣及地暖系統進行AI聯動控制，在配合不同感應器、隨心開關或各種智能開關Smart Switch下，對冷氣及地暖系統進行智能操控。如當溫度感應器感測到低於15°C時，便會自動打開地暖系統、外出時一按隨心開關以關上全屋冷氣、燈光及電器等，靈活應用於各種的場景，便利你的生活。

語音控制  電子面板控制
Smart Fan Coil Thermostat及Smart Underfloor Thermostat可配合語音助手，如Google Home 及Amazon Alexa，以語音控制傳統的冷氣或地暖系統，為你帶來智能生活。兩款溫控器均設有一個入牆式電子面板及實體按鈕，讓你用家亦可即時觀察目前的溫度及風速狀態，並進行即時控制。Smart Fan Coil Thermostat上，包含了5個按鍵，以便用家進行開關、切換冷氣的不同模式、選擇風速及預設溫度等。而Smart Underfloor Thermostat上，則可顯示目前房間溫度、地板溫度等資訊，用家亦可透過面板上的5個按鍵，對地暖進行控制及加熱等，讓你打造最舒適便利的生活。

Target customers : living in Hong Kong or having friends living in Hong Kong who can help to pick up the orders in our shops

2. Door to Door Service 點到點服務

Target customers : Hong Kong Local customers and oversea customers in specified oversea countries
目標客戶：本地客戶和海外客戶在指定海外國家的地區

Our system will calculated gthe delivery fee according to your shipping destination in Hong Kong local area and the specified oversea countries.
我們的系統將根據您在香港當地運送目的地和指定的海外國家計算出所需運費。

For Hong Kong local cutomers, we will use our own logitis team to provide our delivery service.
對於香港本地的客戶，我們將使用我們自己的貨運團隊來提供我們的送貨服務。

For the oversea customers, we will use DHL or UPS to fulfill the delivery.
對於海外客戶，我們將使用DHL或UPS貨運來完成交付。

3. Pick up in SF stations 在順豐服務站

Target customers : living in Hong Kong or having friends living in Hong Kong who can help to pick up the orders in SF stations
目標客戶：居住在香港或有住在香港的朋友，他們可以在不同順豐服務站點接收貨件

Customers can select the closest SF stations from their working or living areas when placing orders for picking up the products.
客戶在下訂單時可以從工作地點或生活區域選擇最近的順豐服務站。
